User Agreement
Effective December 19, 2025
1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding document governing the use of the VoxGate service (the “Service”).
1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms full agreement with the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with these terms, they must stop using the Service immediately.
2. Disclaimer
2.1. The Service is provided “AS IS.” The Administration makes no warranties, express or implied, including as to functionality, security, fitness for expectations, or fitness for any particular purpose.
2.2. The Administration is not liable for:
- any losses (including lost profit, data, or reputation) arising from use or inability to use the Service;
- the acts or omissions of third parties;
- the content, legality, quality, or accuracy of goods, services, or information obtained through the Service;
- technical failures, errors, delays, or unavailability of the Service.
2.3. All risks associated with using the Service rest entirely with the User.
3. Restrictions
3.1. The User agrees to independently assess the legality of their actions when using the Service.
3.2. Using the Service for activity that violates applicable law is prohibited.
3.3. The Administration may, at any time, without notice or explanation:
- restrict or block the User's access to the Service;
- delete any information;
- suspend or discontinue the Service in whole or in part.
4. Confidentiality
4.1. The Administration may collect a minimal amount of technical data necessary for the Service to function.
4.2. The Administration does not guarantee the complete security or anonymity of any data transmitted.
5. Changes to This Agreement
5.1. The Administration may unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
5.2. Continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes the User's agreement to the new terms.
6. Governing Law
6.1. All questions and disputes relating to use of the Service are governed by the law of the jurisdiction determined by the Administration.
7. Refund Policy
7.1. Because the Service provides digital goods, returns and exchanges are not possible once they have been delivered.
7.2. A refund may only be issued if:
- the service was not delivered for technical reasons on the Service's side;
- access to the digital good was not provided to the User.
7.3. To request a refund, the User must contact Service support within 24 hours of payment, providing the order number and contact details.
7.4. The decision to issue a refund is made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.
By starting to use the service (including by launching the bot and/or entering the /start command), the User confirms that they have reviewed this Agreement and unconditionally accepts its terms, even if they have not actually read it.
